The Chef

Executive Chef I Wayan Widana is a firm believer in quality. Years of research, the culinary exploration has resulted in a ‘European – Asian’ menu of dishes that have been inspired by Balinese historic recipes and European history books. Our art of cooking is based on the authentic Asian philosophy of using the best ingredients to produce the most delicate of flavours.
